Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026

This policy describes what crmcleanrooms.com collects, where that information goes, and what happens to it. It applies to this website, which is operated by CleanRoom Management.

What this site collects

There is one place on this site that asks you for anything: the request form on the contact page. Nothing else here asks you to type anything about yourself.

What that form asks for is two kinds of thing. The first is how to reach you: your contact details, and the company you are with. The second is what you need: the service you are asking about, and a description of your cleanroom written in your own words.

Some of it has to be answered before the form will send, and the rest may be left empty.

That is the whole of it. This site keeps no account for you and has no login. It takes no payment and handles no payment details. It stores no network address of its own, and it asks for nothing about you beyond what is described above.

Where that information goes

What you send is delivered by a transactional email provider. The message is sent from a subdomain that CleanRoom Management controls, and it is sent to an internal CRM inbox. Your own email address is set as the reply address on it, so when somebody here answers you, the answer goes to you.

This site runs no database. It writes nothing you send to storage of any kind, because there is no storage here for it to be written to. What you submit exists as the email you caused to be sent, and nowhere else on this site.

Once that email is delivered it sits in the CRM inbox, in the same way as any other message a customer sends the company. This policy states no period for how long it is kept there.

Other companies that receive anything

Three other companies are involved in running this site, and they receive different things:

  • The transactional email provider that delivers the request form. It receives everything you type into the form, because carrying that message to CRM is the job it does.
  • Google Analytics, which counts page views. It receives nothing at all unless you accept it, and it is never sent what you type into the request form.
  • The company that hosts this site. It receives the ordinary technical record that any web server receives when a page is requested: which page was asked for, when, and the network address the request came from. It is never sent what you type into the request form.

The email provider is the only one of the three that receives what you write in the form. Nothing you submit is sold, and nothing is passed to anyone beyond the company that delivers it.

This site uses Google Analytics to count page views, and it runs only if you accept it. Until you accept, no analytics request reaches Google. Your answer is recorded so that the site can act on it, and you can change your answer later.

Analytics here measures pages rather than people: which pages were viewed, and when. It is not given your contact details, and it is never given anything you wrote in the request form.

Where you have accepted analytics, Google may use what it collects here to recognise the same browser on other sites over time. That is what accepting analytics means, and declining it is what stops it.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and browser extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal, which is a standing request not to be tracked across sites. This site treats that signal as a decline. If it is present, analytics is treated as refused, and you do not have to refuse it again by hand.

Do Not Track is an older header that asks for something broadly similar. This site does not honour Do Not Track separately. Browser makers never agreed on what it means, it is sent inconsistently, and it is often switched on without the reader knowing. Acting on it would quietly make a decision on behalf of people who never made one. Global Privacy Control is the signal this site acts on.

Reviewing or changing what you sent

This site maintains no process for reviewing or changing information it holds about you, because it holds none: there is no account here and no stored record to review. What exists is the email your submission produced, sitting in the CRM inbox.

If you want to ask about that message, reach us by phone, or through the form on the contact page. The number is on that page.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top of this page is updated and the revised policy is posted here. That date is set by hand rather than generated, so it moves when the document does and stays put when the site is merely rebuilt.
