CleanRoom Management provides certification testing to comply with:

• ISO 14644-1
• IES-RP-cc006.2

Tests Include:

• Airflow Velocity and Uniformity
• HEPA Filter Installation Leak
• Room Particle Counts
• Enclosure Pressurization
• Temperature and Humidity

Bound Documented Report of findings following testing and approval stickers.

Optional Tests Available:

• Visual Airflow Characterization
• Light Level
• Noise Level
• HEPA Filter Bench Tests Prior to Installation

Free Ancillary Report:

During the Certification Testing, we observe your personnel’s cleanroom discipline and protocol, housekeeping procedures, and total cleanroom integrity. Prior to our departure, and audit report is provided highlighting recommendations for overall cleanroom improvements to accommodate immediate implementation.

NEBB Supervision:

Our NEBB credentialed supervisor oversees all quality verification procedures. Regular testing should be conducted on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. The purpose of these tests are to establish baseline benchmarks and monitor performance of your controlled environment. This alleviates contamination of product, raising yields, and ensuring absolute control.
